Operational Risk Control Tester M Center - Buffalo, NY FUNCTION: Support the development and implementation of various operational risk related initiatives. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conducts periodic risk reviews and testing throughout business units. * Develops and maintains documented self-test plans. * Performs self-testing according to formalized timelines. * Identifies corrective action and formulates solutions that minimize the impact of identified risk issues. * Communicates with appropriate business units and follows up to ensure corrective actions are implemented. * Promotes an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M Bank brand. * Completes other related duties as assigned. NATURE AND SCOPE: The job requires extensive contact with business unit personnel in a training and auditing capacity. The position interacts with non-management, middle management and business units/partners.
