QA Test Lead - (Indianapolis, IN)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES * On behalf of the manager, will coordinate the work of lower level QA staff; * Acts as technical expert and info resource concerning assigned areas; * Performs and leads tests to ensure that all IT systems, products and services meet and preferably exceed min standards and qualifications; * Works closely with the Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Applications Development Team during software engineering to include areas of application development, operation/technical support and security; * May facilitate automated software evaluation and implementation Leads and administers change control processes to ensure zero defect software engineering; * Creates complex test data for applications; * Documents testing data
