Quality Assurance Manager - (Bakersfield, CA)

Position has specific compliance, process, and consumer quality responsibilities. Position will manage a set of matrix relationships within Quality, and R, to influence senior management on alignment of Quality strategies, Quality annual objectives, and plant project plans.
