The Department is seeking a Applicant to develop a web content strategy, requirements for acquiring web content strategy technology, and implementing new modernized website. OBJECTIVES * Web sitearchitecture: Create a blueprint for re-aligning the website, with excellent usability on any device commonly used in the US. * Governance: Establish and document the web sitegovernance model, oversight structure and content management that will guide Client through the business transformation life cycle, and ongoing maintenance and operation so we dont slide back into our old habits. * Future state: Define future state for the agencys web sitestrategy to make it easier, more intuitive, and simpler to work with us; including user-friendly text with explanations about our regulations without using regulatory jargon.
