The Department is seeking a Applicant to develop a technical solution to replace many of the manual processes and calculations that exists in the Claims Administration work checking process. The current work check tracking process in Claims Administration for tracking progressive skill achievement for over 200 learners a year is a manual process that is cumbersome and not user friendly. The current tools that coaches, supervisors, leads, and the data compiler use in each program are mostly manual and prone to human error and create duplication of effort and delays in the process. Requirements * Applicant should have background in Base Software Configuration * Applicant should have background in Baseline Solution Implementation * Applicant should have background in providing Training for Client System Administrator and teammates * Applicant should have background in modifying the user interface on the base installation, * Applicant should have background in implementing the custom changes
