This Business Technology Analyst will play a significant role in requirement gathering, supporting the development team in design, development, and testing of custom technology solutions, and leading user acceptance testing efforts. Job summary: Conduct qualifications gathering sessions for new custom development initiatives with the client. Create and maintain all related qualifications documentation Effectively communicate and coordinate activities between the off-shore development team, the on-shore team, and the client team Test and validate system updates/enhancements provided by the team Coordinate user acceptance testing with the client Skills/Background: Bachelors degree or equivalent years background required Highly effective people skills, communication abilities
