MDOT is seeking a Applicant to meet with Client staff before and after each engagement and at other times as necessary. The Applicant must understand that they may have to design a series of meetings in order to appropriately redesign a business process. Client estimates that the Applicant may coordinate approx twelve engagements per year. Facilitation skills that are required include, but are not limited to: * The capability to facilitate and design effective sessions and meetings that produce tangible outcomes and results. * The ability to coordinate and procure appropriate meeting facilities and resources. * The ability to be able to coordinate and procure organizational and/or transit related subject matter experts. * A detailed understanding of a wide spectrum of organizational and transportation related issues. * The ability to facilitate an event following good meeting practices, such as keeping time, producing and adhering to an agreed-upon agenda, and keeping clear records.
