Business Process Manager - (Parkville, MD)

Overview The Business Process Manager will partner with Product Development, Regulatory, Marketing and Supply Chain in the Product Lifecycle management and Stage Gate process management. The focus spans from upfront innovation, through development and into commercialization. This role will be responsible for Domestic & International. Use of the Oracle PLM module will be a key component in this role. Responsibilities Identifies cross-functional operational processes and standards to business practices that support Product Lifecycle management. Seeks opportunities for continuous improvement within Product Development, Marketing and Regulatory and integrate with Supply Chain and appropriate Councils as necessary. Provides effective leadership, direction and coaching to any indirect and direct and indirect reports. Develops and executes stage gate tools and PLM tools as to address s opportunities, efficiencies and process improvements.
