Global Industrial Engineering Manager - (Neenah, WI)

We are looking for a highly talented individual to lead Industrial Engineering for our Global Manufacturing Enterprise. The perfect applicant will have the ability and drive to lead development, implementation and application of standard systems, tools & technology and processes across the entire range of industrial engineering disciplines in order to ensure Operational Excellence and Customer Service Excellence. The Global Industrial Engineering Manager serves as the Global Functional Manager for Industrial Engineering in Plexus Manufacturing Solutions Business Unit, encompassing sites in the United States, Mexico, Europe, Malaysia and China. Technical core functional areas of responsibility include Ergonomics, Time Standard Models, Capacity Planning, and Layout / Flow Models. Additionally, this individual will define a global strategy and drive implementation in a multi-cultural environment to achieve the strategys goals.
