Continuous Improvement Engineer - (Galveston, TX)

Overview Ashland is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer/Process Engineer to join our team in Texas City. At Ashland we believe that all incidents are preventable. Description This role will be responsible for providing daily process support in the processing areas, lead process improvement initiatives, and focus heavily on product quality improvements. A strong emphasis on process improvement and quality improvements which lead to reduced operating costs and higher customer satisfaction. Longterm solutions to operational problems will also be developed and implemented. This position will develop extensive process ability and will be a process improvement resource for the Texas City site as well as other locations.
