Assistant House Manager - (New Orleans, LA)
JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for assisting the House Manger in providing quality management of a Community Living Services Residential Group Home including work direction to staff, fiscal management for consumers, implementing treatment plans, ensuring the home is in compliance with codes and licensing standards, ensuring that quality outcomes are achieved, and performing related duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist the House Manger in providing quality Management of residential group home. * Provides work direction of staff including scheduling assigned duties, completing reports, and recommending disciplinary actions. * Provides for the fiscal affairs of consumers and ensures that guidelines are followed regarding expenditures and related reports. * Ensures that the home is in compliance with building codes and licensing standards and maintenance and or repairs of vehicle and home is completed in a timely manner. * Ensures that quality outcomes are achieved.
