Brand Ambassador - Full-time This position includes promotional branding & sales, advertising, and customer service. The top trainees will be cross-trained into a management capacity. These employees will also be trained in operations management, human resources, and other aspects of our business model within in preparation for our national expansion. At Acquire, we don't hire managers. We train top-performers into management in an effort to develop a strong, credible leadership core. Functions Manage the new account's satisfaction and knowledge of our client's services/products This job involves in-person sales to new customers. Act as a mentor/coach /supervisor to subordinates within Acquire Consult with customers to complete a needs assessment Trains the customer on use and feature functionality the client's product Communicates the customer's needs/expectations to appropriate personnel within Acquire Notifies the supervisor/management team of any application issues.
