Assessment Coordinator - (Riverdale, GA)

The Mobile Assessment Coordinator is responsible conducting clinical assessments in a hospital setting, determining level of care and facilitating the process for the individual to access that level of care including location of placement or providing resources as needed, collaboration with professionals in hospital settings and other individuals who may have info pertinent to the clinical assessment. * Must be able to work unaided and be able to manage tasks in an environment where there are distractions * Must be able to deal with aggressive, hostile and irrational behaviors of patients. * Must be able to respond immediately in crisis situations concerning patients and / or family members.SDL2017
