Commercial Lines Producer - (Hammond, LA)

Commercial Lines Producer will work with our customer; the retail insurance agent, in order to solicit, underwrite, market, and bind coverage on the agents behalf within the excess and surplus lines market place. Qualified candidates will be able to conduct marketing and sales initiatives successfully in accordance with company strategies, as well as be able to qualify and develop business opportunities with new and existing agents. Direct and mentor account managers, associate producers and assistant account managers. Attend company approved seminars and other educational activities, necessary to stay current on the latest developments, trends, and regulations in the marketplace. Producer must consistently demonstrate a professional, positive, team-oriented attitude, in-line with our culture, while successfully performing the duties of the position.
