URGENT: Chef Wanted - Private Dinner For 9 - (Truckee, CA)

We have a group of nine adults doing a company retreat and have rented a large house in Northstar. We'd love for someone to come in and cook dinner, but perhaps interactively where you get at least some from the group to help and learn some new techniques. Looking for the evening of Friday, February second. I believe we have 1 person who doesn't eat carbs but no other food restrictions.
