Engineering Operations Supervisor - Software Development - (Newberg, OR)

Overview The Engineering Operation Supervisor - Software engineering manages, directs, coaches and supports engineering professionals and other development of teammates. This position will focus on the management and execution of assigned team projects and schedules pertaining to product development and sustaining engineering activities. The Engineering Operations Supervisor will also plan, oversee and execute non-technical projects of his/her own. Responsibilities * Successfully execute technical strategy as directed. Ensure department goals are efficiently and effectively met from project initiation through product launch; continue support through product changes through life-cycle based on business need. * Respond to business needs through collaboration and coordination. Motivate diverse cross-functional teams including other engineering disciplines, quality, manufacturing, sales, marketing and customer service to to achieve positive business results.
