Lead NET Developer - (Harrisburg, PA)

The Lead .NET Developer will lead a team and provide .NET application development services for a mission-critical lab management system. The applicant will lead a dynamic enterprise team responsible for performing multiple concurrent projects. In addition, the applicant will perform all phases of the SDLC. As the team lead, the applicant will be responsible for design and QA activities for all teammates in addition to development. Core technologies to be leveraged are: VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2008, Team Foundation Server and Crystal Reports 2008. Task Assignments: 1.Provide advanced programming skills to high priority IT Portfolio Projects as directed. 2.Perform knowledge transfer/transition activities to facilitate the use and maintenance of developed components .3.Lead a team of one to 5 developers, including assigning work, monitoring progress, code reviews, mentoring, etc.
