Director, Application Support Services - (Pittsburgh, PA)

Position summary Broadridge is hiring. We are looking for our next Director of Application Support Services to join our office in Pittsburgh, PA. Working under general supervision, youll lead an elite, service driven business and technical operations team that supports clients on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis for Broadridges Data and Analytics unit. Primary assignments include, but are not limited to: process governance, planning and performance optimization. Youll also responsible for running a client service desk and reporting on operational activities and metrics to senior management.
