Programmer VI - (Austin, TX)

The Senior-level systems analyst performs advanced computer systems analysis work. Work involves the implementation and development of Java software applications using a Spring framework and Oracle/WebSphere solutions related to customer qualifications. The work will be performed in a team environment where the individual will be responsible for coding (Java & WebSphere using a Spring Framework), testing, implementation and support critical systems for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). Utilizes advanced computer skills to supply systems solutions for simple and complex functionality in the way of deliverables related to the daily operations/maintenance, design and implementation of applications with a broad range of client and agency specific functionality. Work is performed with a significant degree of creativity and latitude. This person will support cross HHS state agency business process analysis projects with the 5 HHS agencies.
