Java/Grails API Developer - (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are looking for a Java/Grails API Developer who will be responsible for designing and implementing REST APIs used by our many clients: web, mobile applications and 3rd parties. Responsibilities include working with front-end developers, UI/UX designers and 3rd party companies to design and implement highly performant REST API access to our data. You will work with the technical team to design and implement required APIs, as well as necessary tests. Responsibilities * Design and implement REST APIs using Grails or Spring MVC * Design and implement domain objects that are persisted to MySQL and/or Neo4J * Utilize Hibernate or GORM. * Design and implement business services using Groovy and/or Spring annotated Beans. * Create JUnit and/or Spock tests. * Create performance tests,and analyze and fix performance problems.
