ROLE: Cloud COE Technical Assistant CRITICAL SKILLS: Bachelors degree in a technical field This position mandates a min of 2 to 5yrs background documenting the process, technical documents and workflows. This person must have a technology background and be comfortable working with technical and business personnel to resolve complicated technology and business process problems. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft office suite Applications and client email. Strong organizational and time-organizational skills, including the expertise to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks. Outstanding written, oral communication and presentation skills Excellent customer-service and people skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting with the processing of hardware configurations as it relates to the operations of the Client Cloud Ecosystem. The Cloud COE Technical Assistant will work across the cloud hosting architecture and operations teams as well vendors that are part of the cloud ecosystem.
