Description Textron Systems Unmanned Systems is seeking entry level engineers to join the Systems/Test Engineering team. Our Systems Engineers (SYE) are deployed to all 3 Unmanned Systems Business Units: Tactical Unmanned Aircraft Systems, Control and Surface Systems, and Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Systems Engineering is an interdisciplinary approach focused on defining and meeting the needs of the warfighter via upgrades and/or new product development. The entry level SYEs will support systems engineering activities throughout the life cycle of a project and gain exposure to the various engineering facets. This individual will work with teams and products that directly support our service men and women who engage in combat operations around the world. A SYE I carries out engineering assignments which have a basic degree of complexity and limited latitude for independent action and decision.
