ROLE: WPS/BPM Technical Lead Technical Qualifications: o Extensive background with all components of BPM 8.0 8.5 preferred but not required Advanced Edition o Implement Monitor models, Knowledge of Business space and Events o Develop custom data handlers o Solid development background in XSLT, XML, WSDL, as well as WESB, WID o Knowledge of latest version of WESB - 8.x o Proficient in SOA architecture and standards. o Knowledge of SQL Server databases required o Knowledge of Oracle databases required o Knowledge of DB2 databases optional o Create XSLT and Business Object mapping o Develop work item management GUI using JSP and JSF o Provide defect analysis and resolution support for system and user acceptance testing o Provide support for system implementations Background and Leadership Qualifications: o Demonstrated skill in modeling and developing mediations
