Production Manager, Nights - Windsor - (Windsor, VA)

As a Production Manager, you will be accountable for roasting, production, and packaging management including the planning and execution of activities necessary to meet product production volumes, and contributing to overall company profits through management of high standards of quality, safety, cost control, employee involvement while supporting our Continuous Process Improvement initiatives. You will report on the operating results for the production areas to the Director of Plant Operations and work to streamline the efficiency of production with an emphasis on quality, safety, and improved results period to period. You will be responsible for the effective leadership and management of manufacturing team leaders/supervisors, technicians, and 75 hourly production employees. HOURS: Rotating nights, with every other weekend off (6pm - 6:15am) What you will do: * Responsible for delivery results for all production lines and all shifts at the facility.
