Responsibilities * Builds and maintains a motivated team. * Manages large programs / projects involving multiple teams / departments, working closely with business and IT managers, subject matter experts, analysts and developers. * Works with the Business Applications Management Team to improve the Project Management standards and processes. * Provides coaching and assistance to Business Applications managers and teams on the best use of project and portfolio management approaches and techniques. * Oversees the work of a team of four Business Applications Project Managers.
