Location: Toledo, Ohio - United States PURPOSE OF THE JOB For more than 75yrs, Owens Corning has been a leader in the glass fiber industry. Our HR team is critical to understanding business needs, the talent, and the way we work and then building organization capabilities that accelerate growth. Due to this business growth, Owens Corning is seeking a strategic, business oriented Human Resources talent. This is a key position to the plant leadership teams, responsible for developing and delivering HR strategies within our plants to engage employees and develop talent at all levels capable of delivering results. Location: This position is located in Toledo, Ohio, with five direct reports and leadership responsibility (direct or indirect) for Human Resources function at 23 plant locations. Travel is an expectation of the role ~ 20% of time.
