Inventory Specialist - (Medway, MA)

SUMMARY This role is responsible for the management and control of customer-owned inventory. This includes the annual physical inventory, development and implementation of inventory control processes, inventory adjustments, and research. They will need great communication expertise, both written and verbal. Be able to manage competing priorities, provide sound, logical planning of activities and be a team member. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and manage inventory control processes. Perform annual physical inventory and other cycle counts. Make and manage inventory adjustments as needed. Control movement of inventory within the distribution center (location transfers, etc.) Research inventory discrepancies. Creation of parts/RMAs/PO, inventory reporting and general receiving overflow Prepares written documents for movement of product and special projects. Works closely with management on establishing and meeting KPIs.
