Fitness Specialist Purpose : Provide clear responsibilities, expectations and communications for Fitness Specialist. Policy : Fitness Specialist will report directly to the Director of Spa and Fitness and be responsible for providing personal training sessions to members and guests. Responsibility : It is the responsibility of Fitness Specialists to maintain a level of professionalism, follow protocols and commit to the upscale service established by Wycliffe Golf and Country Club. Job duties: Provide one-on-one fitness instruction to members desiring a program tailored to their specific needs. Evaluate members' physical fitness and track of their progress. Develop programs and specific exercises that provide the optimum results and includes activities the client enjoys. Motivate members to achieve goals. Create special rehabilitation programs for members who have suffered athletic injuries.
