Administrative Assistant - (Hanover, PA)

Administrative Assistant Part time Administrative Assistant Conewago is currently accepting applications for an experienced Part time Administrative Assistant to work in our Estimating Department. Candidate will work between 20-25 hours per week. Candidate must have a min of two years relevant background providing administrative support OR an Associate's degree in a business related position. The following Admin and Clerical duties include: - Proficient in Ms word, Ms excel, Outlook and Access and various other programs. - Upload drawings, specifications and addendums to the plan room. - Review and distribute addendums. - Update and distribute weekly bid list. - Maintain and file the active bids waiting and bids missed files. - Maintain the active bids waiting and bids missed list. - Oversee plan room registration for subcontractors. - Distribute incoming correspondence including faxes and emails. - Be knowledgeable of office equipment in department, i.e. copier/printer/scanner.
