Cloud engineer - platform - (Tampa, FL)

General Summary: This role performs the duties of engineering automated solutions to improve partner background, shorten lifecycles on required updates and maintenance, and optimize performance for Cloud-based partners, trial systems, and internal production servers. Responsibilities / Essential Duties: Build automated processes to speed up maintenance cycles and improve overall visibility into the Cloud infrastructure Act as an escalation point to provide support for partners and trial users regarding all things specific to the Cloud environment. Review and monitor Cloud infrastructure costs in order to optimize spend on the hosted environment. Build proactive and reactive monitors to keep hosted servers running at max efficiency Monitor, troubleshoot, and update the software builds on all existing Cloud-based partners' systems, as well as keep new trial photos updated with the latest software version and updates Maintain strong security policies in the Cloud environment for both servers and users.
