Probe functional engineer / pte test - (Lehi, UT)

Overview As a Probe Functional Engineer, you will have an opportunity to work on cutting edge 3D XPoint memory. A successful applicant is expected to become an expert in memory device testing and product development in order to enable faster qualification, and ramp of new product technologies. Your primary job responsibility is to write ATE programs to ensure memory devices meet customer requirements and to automate collection of electrical data that drives process and product development. Assignments include but are not limited to: Developing innovative solutions for production test flows, interface hardware, and automated test equipment (ATE) Generating redundancy analysis schemes to repair non-functional memory elements Optimizing device yields Partnering with stakeholders to optimize and automate equipment and processes Complete all required safety training and conduct all work in a safe manner.
