Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: Performs a variety of engineering ignments in the concept, planning, and design of products and Manufacturing processes. Verify product meets our internal standard and consumer needs. Works collaboratively to insure new products generate appropriate return and meet growth objectives. POSITION RESPONIBILITIES: :Under general supervision plans, conducts, igns, and monitors ignments, including reviewing the progress and evaluating the results of igned work. :Possesses and applies knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in the area of specialization and function with some laude for un:supervised action or decision.:Works closely with Product Innovation Managers in the design and development of products and processes.:Searches for and promotes new ideas that might be applicable to the companys objectives.:Creates innovative designs in response to new product concepts and maintains technical capability for effectively achieving results.:Evaluates designs and prototypes
