System Engineer - Entry - Mid Level - (Washington, PA)

Entry to Mid- level system engineer to join/lead the team responsible for the design, development, production, integration and life cycle support of the Torpedo Systems Group (TSG) used aboard Navy submarines, ships, and aircraft. The TSG designs, develops, demonstrates, produces, embles, tests and delivers torpedo arrays and other electronic emblies. The TSG team works with the Navy, internal production staff and representatives from other companies to advance torpedo performance and lower production costs through engineering and automation. Technical background in the use and development of production automation tools, equipment, and techniques preferred but not required. Work with design, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and production teams to develop and demonstrate modern process automation technologies and methodologies used to automate specific aspects of the torpedo production process.
