The Opportunity Position description To operate the Commissary in accordance with company policies and procedures. Controls all inventory. Supervises Commissary Workers assigned to that location. Responsible for providing a quality product to patrons in a courteous, friendly and efficient manner. Key functions: Supervises and coordinates activities of Commissary Workers. Assigns duties within the commissary. Assists Commissary Workers in performing duties as needed to insure a smooth functioning commissary. Analyzes and resolves all problems with the assistance of a Level Supervisor and/or other Sportservice Management. Oversees and/or participates in commissary set-up and closing procedures. Insures that all needed stock is available at all times. Insures that all work stations and the storerooms remain clean and sufficiently stocked. Oversees and/or trains new workers. Investigates discrepancies in inventories with supervisors.
