Maintenance planner is to ess safety requirements for jobs performed by team members. Safety audit checklists are issued with individual routines Build Job Work Packs in advance of work being performed including kitting and staging of materials required to perform the task Spare/repair parts are resourced to expedite delivery of required items in a timely manner with a focus on cost effectiveness Planner is to maintain TPM criteria for plant equipment (labels, equipment numbers, location mapping, and signage) Equipment improvements / opportunities are to be tracked on startup punch list Periodic purchases of spare and repair parts are conducted by planner to maintain plant production and operations equipment.
