Mechanical Maintenance Technician - (Columbia, SC)

Job info Description: Experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician needed in Blythewood SC to work for top employer. This direct hire role is a great opportunity with excellent benefits and room for advancement. The Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance of the conveyor systems (accumulation and flex) and other equipment and machinery such as lift trucks. The Tech will also help with building maintenance property and grounds. Experienced candidate must be able to work flexible shifts plus some weekends and holidays. Requirements: The ideal Mechanical Maintenance Technician will have the following: 2yrs of experience in this role within Distribution Warehouse or Manufacturing. Experience with Wynright Conveyors is a plus. Must be able to communicate very professionally (written and oral) with vendor representatives. Must have the ability to be forklift certified. Prefer experience in Ms office.
