Trade Floor Customer Support Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Client Application and Sales support Analyst for a Full-time assignment with 1 of our premier with 1 of our premier clients in New York, NY Responsibilities: Provide customer facing support. Sit on the trading floor and interact with Brokers and with External customers. Required skills: Good customer service qualities (communication abilities, polished, ...) Ideally would have some experience in either FX, Rates or Credit Derivatives Basic Unix Expertise to read logs and determine trouble-points Operations experience would be a plus (Middle Office, Back Office) Electronic Trading experience a plus (FIX messaging, ...) User setup
