Guest Services Coordinator Position summary What will I be doing? As a Coordinator Guest Services you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Provide exceptional service to sales and marketing guests and support sales and marketing departments by preforming tasks in the front desk, gifting and Kitchen. This position is responsible for greeting all guests professionally and courteously with a warm smile and professional attitude. In addition, you're also responsible for preparing refreshments, catering to the needs of our guests, maintaining the cleanliness of the sales carousel, and keeping kitchen supplies stocked at all times. Ensuring that all guidelines are met in regards to tour bookings; and updating and completing reports and forms to assist in all areas of administration, marketing and/or sales operations.
