Process Analyst - Insurance Operations - (Chicago, IL)

Job details: Everest Insurance, a member of Everest Re Group, Ltd., has an opportunity available for an experienced Process Analyst to join the Everest Insurance Operations team in the Liberty Corner, New Jersey headquarters. The Process Analyst will report directly to the Director of Operations and work collaboratively with all departments to provide operational support to the field for new/changed systems, products, and specific field requests across multiple lines of business. The position is responsible for: • Coordination with Everest Technology Services (ETS) and Product Management for validation/rationalization of workflow documentation included in business requirements • Policy research related to compliance inquires and/or market conduct exams, including corrective actions • Adherence to internal product development workflow to ensure latest state filings rates are updated on intranet, communicated to field and implemented effectively into PAS systems
