United Fire Group is seeking an Inside Claims Representative for our branch office in the Philadelphia region. This position will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating and settling personal and commercial auto claims. Review assignments to determine severity, coverages and appropriate action. The territory will include New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Conducting phone interviews and taking recorded statements from all parties possessing facts regarding the claim. Reviewing and interpreting policy coverages to determine whether the claim is payable under the policy. Writing reports for the claim file to document all activity related to loss.
