Surveillance Investigator - (Lebanon, OH)

SUMMARY: Ensures protection of company assets and safety of guests and associates through routine and assigned surveillance activities. ESSENTIAL Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Performs close watch duties as assigned. Maintains familiarity with gaming law, regulations, company policies and procedures. Receives periodic on-the-job training. Diligently monitors all company assets as well as monitoring all associates for procedural violations. Maintains up-to-date working understanding of procedures and policies for all departments. Enforces department procedures by observing activities and ensuring all policies, procedures, and regulations (State, Federal, and/or Tribal) are followed. Documents and reports any failure to comply with company policy, suspected criminal activity or unusual activity or activities and occurrences. Notifies Director of Surveillance, Commissioner(s) and management as directed of suspected criminal activity or unusual activities and occurrences.
