Security Officer - (Pompano Beach, FL)

Security Officer Part time Security Officer position is available at John Knox Village, a leading healthcare and life plan community located in Pompano Beach. This role is on the overnight shift of 11:30 pm to 7:30 a.m. Great opportunity to work with a leading employer in the Pompano Beach community. In this role, the selected applicant will greet Residents, Employees and Visitors in a warm, welcoming manner while guarding the entrance gates of the Village. This involves opening the gate to allow entrance or exit of Residents, Employees and Vendors while checking credentials or approved roster before admitting entrance. There are additional duties and job responsibilities in this role that will be covered at the time of hire. We are seeking applicants with a High-school diploma or GED along with 2+ years Security and Hospitality background. Must bring strong attention to detail and note taking skills and be able to sit, stand and patrol for long periods of time.
