Quality Engineer - (Goshen, IN)

Description Update Q.C. manuals, procedures, control plans, FMEA's, etc. as required within product specifications, manpower, and economic constraints. Work with customers, suppliers, vendors, and the plant on the launch of new products. Develop, implement, monitor, and control quality urance system to ure product quality based on customer and/or product specifications within manpower and economic constraints. Interface with customers and employees to solve quality problems. Monitor the cost of quality activities, reviews, rejections, scrap, rework, and other ociated costs. ists other departments in the attainment of goals through inspections, Quality urance Standards, communications, training, product tolerance reviews, and cost reduction suggestions and implementations. Leads/ Participates in Problem solving Teams to resolve quality issues and prevent repeat discrepancies Select, develop, motivate, and train qualified personnel to ure quality control objectives are met with competence.
