Technical Editor (Developmental Test & Evaluation) with Security Clearance - (Falls Church, VA)

Provide technical writing and editing support to the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Developmental Test and Evaluation (DASD (DT&E)). The purpose of the position is to manage all aspects of technical review in support of documentation, plans, and reports associated with developmental test and evaluation. Responsible for technical editing of documents associated with highly complex major acquisition programs across warfare disciplines such as aircraft, ships, weapons, related weapons systems, warfare tactics, space systems, missile defense systems, and command and control systems. Editor will be responsible for editing, proofreading, organizing, and rewriting for clarity technical documents including Department of Defense general correspondence, developmental test and evaluation technical reviews, and meeting minutes.
