HR Specialist POSITION DETAILS: Responsible for company recruitment, retention and employee development. Assist HR Manager in all human resource related functions. REQUIRED FUNCTIONS: Communicate with all Management on all vacant positions. Participates in Job Fairs to recruit applicants. Responsible for placing ads in Employment Agencies, Newspapers and updating Company Website. Interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Oversees new employee orientation training to foster positive attitude toward company goals. Assists the HR Manager in administering accurate records regarding benefit programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance. Responsible for conducting numerous company training programs (ie Sexual Harassment.) Also coordinating employee training and testing. Conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
