REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinates and helps execute compensation initiatives in order to meet established goals, objectives and timelines. Coordinates and participates in salary surveys. Assists with market and equity analysis of positions to assess salaries. Assists with job evaluations and salary recommendation.
