Job Opportunity Job ID: 14520 Positions Location: Lansing, MI Position overview General Purpose: Support compensation, Description: Positions Location: Lansing, MI Position description General Purpose: Support compensation, performance, and licensure processes in a timely and customer-focused manner. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to, rate of pay setting, market pricing, salary survey participation, maintenance of job descriptions, resolving performance related inquires, and tracking of licensure, registration, and certification for caregivers in the Health System. Essential Duties: Provides support to leaders and caregivers pertaining to compensation, performance, and licensure tracking matters in a timely and customer-focus manner. Assist in developing, implementing, and administering compensation and performance programs. Establish rates of pay for non-leadership classifications consistent with SHS compensation philosophy and in compliance with bargaining unit contracts.
