Senior HR Generalist - (Indianapolis, IN)

The Sr. Human Resource Generalist will work as a collaborative member of the Human Resources department in a rapidly changing, complex and fast-paced environment. Working collaboratively with the HR Manager, this position will manage, organize, and implement comprehensive HR programs that include, but are not limited to employee relations, project management, investigations, policy development, HRIS database management, data integrity and analysis, developing and generating reports, and providing support to end users. What we would like to see: Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed. Coordinates company-wide HR communications: newsletters, intranet, benefits & policy communications. Maintains compliance for all locations with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
