Position overview Responsibilities Maintains various reporting systems for ensuring that documentation and data entry is accurate and timely Prepare and sort documents and files Communicates demand info across the factory so that everyone is aware of the volume Reconciles inaccuracies with customer shipments and deliveries Ensures that Team members receive schedules in a timely manner Works directly with supervisors to resolve scheduling issues Documents key info for analysis which includes downtime, peak production, inventory accuracy and scheduling accuracy. Ensures complete and accurate production schedule for next shift Other duties as min background Able to read and understand work instructions 1-3 mnths related background Excellent Management ability Proficient Computer skills Ability to learn new programs and software Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization Attention to detail Ability to work independently Regularly lifting up to 35 pounds Education Preferred High school
