Purchasing Clerk - (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
This position will be responsible for supporting Operations by developing and maintaining day-to-day relationships with National Distributors as it relates to the Ordering, Tracking, Returns, Credits and Invoice Dispute process. Act as a liaison with Management, Authorization, Customer Service, Accounting and all other Operation departments to deliver proper specifications, ETA and order fulfillment for claims and payments. Summary of Responsibilities Manage the Returns task on a daily basis Scheduling returns for outstanding and overdue delivery of orders, warranty claims and or damaged equipment Interacting with Service Providers, Distributors and freight companies to secure returns Manage distributor invoices and payment set ups Update and address changes in TMX inventory Match purchase orders to the associated invoices and forward to A/P for payment processing.
